- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I charge an hourly rate with discounts for seniors over 65 and active military. There is a price range depending on services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a thorough phone assessment before meeting the client to make sure we are a good match and I can help the client to attain their goals in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have taken over 153 courses and have attended NAPO National Conferences for the last 10 years. I have earned Specialist Certificates in Residential Organizing, Life Transitions and Workplace Productivity through NAPO. I am also Board Certified through the BCPO. I also continually read books on many subjects related to the organizing and productivity field to stay abreast with the latest techniques. I am also serving as the NAPO National Education Committee Chair 2016-2018 developing NAPO University and Specialist Tracks for members pursuing a higher education. I am also been proudly serving on the NAPO National Board for the 2018-2021 terms.
