- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount when you buy 10 sessions at a time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a 15 min consultation via phone call or FaceTime (whichever you prefer) to go over your personal goals and get to know you a little bit. We’ll talk about pricing and plans and I’ll put together a structured workout program for you based on your goals you’ve shared with me. During this call, you’ll tell me about what you’ve done in the past for workouts, what worked and what didn’t, if you have any injuries or physical limitations I should know about, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and have previously worked as a group fitness instructor at a local kickboxing gym. I currently work with groups and 1:1s on my own
