I started a 90 day weight loss journey against a group of girlfriends. I knew the obvious of having to change my diet and getting into the gym. I love weight lifting but hate conditioning/core training. Michelle’s personal training days helped me incorporate the core workouts and conditioning training that I would not push myself to do on my own. She is very accommodating, and the location changes are always nice. She brings an array of equipment to target your workout. She pushes you further than you would push yourself but also understands your limitations. It’s always fun to bring a group of girlfriends to workout with you! My 90 day challenge is complete, and my weight loss journey would not have been as successful without her training days!

The gym can be very intimidating! Especially for me and other women, I have struggled with my weight, trying to eat the right meals, and exercise. This year I decided I was ready to make some big changes in my health! I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else who I felt comfortable with. I am so glad I found Michelle!. From day one, she has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. Three months ago during my first session I could feel the excitement of the change in my body. Michelle still gave positive words and would modify exercises to meet me where I was at. She has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions. She incorporates nutrition, challenges and sets goals so you can track and see your change and progress! Her program is unique and she is with you every step of the way. I am so proud to have Michelle as my personal trainer!

Michelle is an amazing trainer!! I highly recommend! I am a mom of two young girls and full time ER nurse, so my schedule is quite hectic! Michelle was very accommodating to my inconstant schedule. Whether it was one on one or group trainings, she made sure I stayed motivated and consistent each week. She makes workouts tough but fun. I learned something new about myself each session. She is so knowledgeable about workouts and diet. She helped me be in tune to my body and what it needed each week, such as cardio,strength, or a rest depending on what my week was like. I saw such amazing results n just a few months! I know she will have me in pre-baby body or better before summer!!!

I knew Michelle from our younger cheerleader days, and so glad we were able to reconnect through fitness and health. Although we live several hours apart, Michelle was a fantastic resource. Turning 40 this year, has been a struggle with body changes. While I have always enjoyed working out, I struggle with my eating. Michelle provided me with great recipes, food alternatives to provide me with healthier habits, but still fulfilling. She was also a great resource for information for different training, and knowledgeable for various diet needs. Her enthusiasm and motivation throughout this process helped keep me motivated. She is a wonderful trainer, and would highly recommend!

As someone who doesn’t love working out, Michelle makes it easy, quick, and convenient to get it done. She offers a personalized work out tailored for me that doesn’t break the bank. Michelle is always patient and encouraging throughout the process. My body and my bank always feel great post work out. I can’t recommend Michelle enough!
