- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are very much affordable. They are definitely the cheapest prices you’ll find in this area. Great work for a great price. At GTA Fitness, we aren’t driven by making a profit, but by being able to help others understand the importance that their physical fitness and well being plays in living a healthy lifestyle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, we offer a free meet and greet consultation to our new customers where we sit and discuss the topic of training, what’s their interest when it comes to training, and what goals are we looking forward in working to achieve. Depending on the customer and their preferences, we may even offer a free training session for our new customers that way they get a first-hand opportunity to experience what the training regimen will entail. From there we map out the goals that are trying to be accomplished and come up with a personalized plan on what’s the best way to achieve those goals. Once the plan is made, the training begins and from there we find ways to make sure the customer is comfortable in the training environment until he or she is comfortable and educated enough to complete training sessions with less micromanagement and supervision while also continuing to use proper techniques and safety precautions.
