- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my jobs off of sqft of the home. I do not do hourly work. Hourly employees like to take their time to collect more of the customers money. My company puts quality and customers first. The more you have to paint, the cheaper the rates will be. I do offer discounts and rates for all areas of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After selected to perform the job, I always like to meet my customers face to face. I am a firm believer that if contractors can't look you in the eyes while biding, performing, or completing the job, then they cannot be trust worthy enough to perform at a professional level and have something to hide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coatings Application Specialist level 1, A 3 year apprenticeship program through local 1756 Painters and Allied trades, and First Line Supervision.
