I just started working with Devin and just from the first lesson I can tell this is going to be a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with a guitar. After just one lesson I can honestly say i can see an improvment in myself already! Can't wait to see where I am after I spend some time learning from Devin!
I have worked with Mike & Kim Blackwood for many years, in various types of projects. I have also performed and led worship with them live at many, many events and l cannot speak highly enough about their musical ability and talent, as well as their integrity. They are extremely easy to work with and I have always been very pleased with the end result, and I am a perfectionist. Both Kim and Mike are wonderful with kids, teens and adults, and they make you feel at ease to be free to make beautiful music. As a vocal coach myself, I highly recommend using their services in either music lessons or studio recording.
My daughter had her first lesson last week . She was super excited when she got home showing us the sheet music to the song she is learning to play. Thanks Todd for a great first lesson . The guys who work over in the music store are great as well . We're very patient and helpful to answer and questions and help you find what is best suited for YOUR needs . Would recommend Eastside guitar and drums to anyone looking for lessons or guitar and drum equipment . Thanks guys
I have taken guitar/music lessons from Craig Bowman for about 3 months now. He is professional, highly skilled and able to convey musical concepts better than any teacher I have ever had. An added benefit: he allows for flexibility in payment and scheduling. I recommend him to anyone looking to advance their musical skills without emptying their wallet; I take lessons from Craig in lieu of university study.
Guitar and Bass are fun. I'm fun. I teach in the Greenville, SC area. I look forward to meeting you!
I get results. Seeing the look on peoples faces when they realize ," Hey, I can do this !" :)
I am a professional performing musician who teaches guitar, banjo, mandolin, and bass (upright and electric) lessons.
I offer not only simple tab reading or chord formation skills to students, but they will also receive the music theory that accompanies those tabs they've been attempting to play and the chords they don't quite understand the structure of. I have been classically trained specifically in jazz guitar but can cater to any style of music desirable to a particular student.
I am a guitar teacher searching for anyone who wants to learn any form of guitar or bass. I have been teaching for 6 years and I have a bachelor of arts degree in music from Western Carolina University. I am a skilled, professional guitarist with experience in all genres of music. I have a patient and thorough teaching style. So, if you are interested in taking your guitar or bass knowledge to the next level, hit me up!
I play shows on the weekend around Spartanburg, but I'm looking for something to do during the weekdays so I figured that I could teach guitar again. I have been playing for 15 years, bass guitar as well, and have served as a music minister before. I have played many styles of music and can teach basic chords, as well as more melodic and rhythmic styles of fingerpicking since I learned the bass first and have incorporated a bass slap style into my fingerpicking. I believe that I have something to offer as a musician and an artist, and want to help more striving future musicians get to where they want to be.
I have a tremendous passion for my music
I teach basic guitar or bass, country or bluegrass. I have been playing professionally with various bands (Strings of Fire) playing bluegrass and country for over 30 years.
I teach my students the basics of music, and as they progress in this they are gradually introduced to what it means to feel out the music. Ex: why this note or chord sounds better and laying that out for them to explore. Which they do, happily as music and the learning thereof is a wonderful journey.
