Introduction
Inspections and advice are free. Call us and we will pair you with your own dedicated project manager. They will come inspect your property, learn about your situation and your goals, review any insurance claims you have, and assess the type and scope of repairs or changes involved. We have residential and commercial roofing teams, siding teams, window teams, decking/carpentry teams, a gutter team, and a service department for repairs.

I contacted Weather-Tite Exteriors to get an assessment on the roof for my first-time home purchase. The home had a flat roof and the home inspector flagged it as a potential issue due to water and ice ponding.I spoke to Sam with Weather-Tite Exteriors on the phone and he provided valuable information regarding potential concerns with the roof. I was able to provide Sam with some footage and the inspection report for review and within a day he reviewed the roof.He contacted me to provide a solid explanation of the current observed conditions and what I could expect in the future in terms of issues and repair costs. He also provided me with good general knowledge regarding yearly maintenance efforts to ensure the roof's lifespan was prolonged.I am much more confident in understanding the circumstances of having a flat roof home thanks to Sam's consultation and he provided that information up front in a friendly, down-to-earth manner for no cost. That is top-notch customer service considering I won't be requiring any work any time soon to compensate for the time Sam spent assessing and speaking to me. I would highly recommend Weather-Tite Exteriors based purely on their consultation services up front.

Did the roof on our office about an 8000 square foot shingled roof. They did it over the weekend. Showed up for work on Monday. Things looked flawless, and you could not tell they were there. Clean, no damage, no issues. Excellent service.

Great experience with Weather-Tite Exteriors. Jake was very professional and made the process easy. We had our roof replaced after hail damage and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend. Super fast and clean install crew with no mess left behind.

I have had Sam and his crew back to our house a few times due to the South Dakota hail storms. They always do an amazing job, clean up after themselves and are super efficient. Plus when issues arise they are fast and prompt to get them fixed.
