- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simplify615 charges $60/hour per organizer. We are offering 10% off time for new customers! Most projects (ex. pantry, closet, playroom) can be done with 2 organizers in about 4-6 hours. Larger projects (ex. garage, basement, storage area) might require the help of an additional organizer and/or labor for removal of large items. We offer a FREE one hour consultation to walk through your space, create a plan with the client, and deliver an estimate for product recommendations and time required for your project. Send a request and we will reach out to you to schedule a consultation! Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We will try to respond to your request in the same day and are generally available to schedule your full project within 1-2 weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new client, we will set up an initial consultation to evaluate the resources required for your space. We like to walk through your space and create a plan that is most suitable for your lifestyle and budget. Based on your needs, we will recommend products for your space that will help us create a beautifully organized space for you! We will send you an estimate for the project itemizing products and organizing time and tweak it as needed to meet your needs, so you are comfortable with the price before work is started. We enjoy the process of working together to create a more peaceful and organized space for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder, Lauren Thurman (LCSW), has 25 years of experience as a grief counselor working with clients in a therapeutic setting before starting a home organizing business in 2021. She brings the ability to meet people where they are without judgment and to work through difficult situations that sometimes arise in sorting through and parting with sentimental items. Inviting someone into your home is a very personal experience. Our team leaders, Lauren & Courtney, are sensitive to the anxiety and shame that often comes with this and work hard to make clients feel comfortable and valued.
