Ms. Brenda is fantastic!!! She makes you feel very comfortable and let's you realize you can obtain any goal you set....I've told several friends about her including my daughter. She plans on seeing her for her fitness needs also. She helps me with my diet and explains how everything works together for success. I highly recommend her and I'm glad I can feel comfortable with a trainer that don't judge me. She just wants me to feel better about myself, make me more knowledge about fitness and diets. Cassie is a kick ass personal trainer! Not only does she focus on your fitness but she also gives you a great food plan to follow and is always a text away when you need guidance. She is always prepared with a workout ready for your sessions and is super flexible with scheduling so it works best for you. Not to mention it's cheaper than what gyms charge for personal trainers, but even if it wasn't you have a much better experience with Cassie! What I love most though is that she isn't afraid to push you but still knows when you've had to much. I would highly recommend working with her!

Today we have our first meeting, after I hired Jeremy. He is a very educated and knowledgeable individual about his area. Very flexible with schedule and willing to work with his costumer. We will begin our workout together, and I will make a further review after a few weeks of training, to update this one and let you guys know about his performance.
Carrie was my personal trainer for three years. We have worked specifically on a bone strengthening program (BEST). She is an expert in this area. She has also taught me interval training for cardiovascular fitness and many stretches, which I have incorporated into my routine. She draws from her broad knowledge of body work, including yoga, pilates, running, weight training, and physical therapy, to give her clients a full range of workout options. Carrie is particularly good at working with people with injuries and disabilities. She can adapt a workout on a momentâs notice and work around the pains, strains and limitations her clients present to her. Everyone I know who works out with Carrie really appreciates this about her. I wasnât trying to lose weight while training with Carrie, but I did, and Iâm happy about it. I am in better shape now (at age 66) than I have ever been in my life. Iâm strong, slimmed down and love being active. I give credit to Carrie for her encouragement and leadership and commend her without reservation. She is highly professional, ethical and caring and a wonderful human being.
Nathan is very professional in his training but he's also very encouraging and caring too. The first time I met him I could see his sweet and honest character and he doesn't change from it. He's a blessing to anyone that he trains and his trainings work wonders. They have for me and I continue daily getting closer to my goal. Thank you Nathan for all you do!!!
Christine is a great trainer to work with, and I always look forward to our workouts! During our first workout together Christine made it a point to ask me my goals. At the time I had just started training for my first half marathon, Christine was great about researching and helping me complete work outs that would help my running!
Tanner is an amazing trainer! I started OCR training with him January 2016. I am about to run my 4th Spartan race this October and I ran my first 5k this Summer. Tanner has improved my cardio, strength and agility! He is always coming up with new and different workouts for me, so I don't get bored and my body is always getting stronger! I would highly recommend Tanner!
