Dan was great! He arrived early because of the type of house I had inspected and after the inspection he took the time to walk us to each issue that he found and also each thing that was properly done. He was also very quick with the report as well I had my report sent to me right away that way I could get it to my agent. I would definitely recommend Dan to everyone friends and family alike. If you want an outstanding home inspector Dan is the right person to call.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hired a inspector that must have done a drive by inspection of the home i was buying. I got burned. That is when I said I can do a better job than that. And that was over 10 years ago.
