Latest Review: I've tried several gyms over the past few years, and considered myself to be in pretty good shape. However, I never saw the results I wanted to see as far as definition etc. after I had my second baby, I decided to give Amy a try, and now I am hooked. Her classes are very small, max 5-6 people, so you never feel like you are being ignored. She pushes you hard and always watches your form. There's nothing worse than worrying that you're gonna get hurt or a trainer that doesn't push you to get better. She also looked at my diet and gave me pointers and tips. I've been training with her for about eight weeks now...twice a week personal training and going to classes once a week or so. I've lost 9.5 inches and I can actually see results for the first time.
