This was my first time working with an agent. Mr. Perry was very professional quick to respond quick to answer my questions without any hesitation. Mr. Perry was very patient with me I kept changing the times and dates. Mr. Perry checked on me before my flight departure, Mr. Perry checked on me during layovers, Mr. Perry also checked on me when I arrived at my destination . Also The morning of me leaving El Paso Texas Mr. Perry text and also called me about my delayed flight. He knew I had to be back in my hometown at a certain time due to me being a nurse. First time working with an agent, for a trip that we planned about 2.5 months ahead. Although Ron responded to our inquiry promptly and with a lot of detail, we went back and forth many times. Over the course of about 2 weeks, flights kept changing because they'd become unavailable. His suppliers seemed to have limited access to airlines. We had to push back several times on the options he offered us. But Ron's a super nice guy and was always apologetic about the changes. We learned some lessons about the process and were ultimately very happy with the result.
