I have done strength training with Erich for the past several years. During that time I have significantly increased my muscle strength which allows me as I age to stay active and to continue my passion for gardening (hey, those wet mulch bags are heavy!). In addition Erich is an interesting person to speak with which makes the sessions fly by. I would highly recommend Erich as your personal trainer.

Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trainer who knows how to train no matter your body type or level of experience.

My 14 year old son has been training with Erich for awhile now and loves it! He looks forward to his training, and is gaining skill and confidence with each session!

I have been working with Erich for 8 months and he as truly helped me transform my body! After a major weight loss, my body was weak with no muscle left at all! I now have muscle tone, definition in my legs and back! The proof is the in photos! The first picture is the morning I began working with Erich! He is very accommodating and knows exactly what exercises and weights to use to ensure no injuries happen!

erich is the best coach EVER. i have a disability, and so i appreciate his physical therapy background. BUT. i appreciate that he pushes me to be the best i can be. this whole experience is changing my whole Life. i am so grateful and so happy!
