- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge professional planning and design fees of $250 (For a 7-10 day trip for a family of 4. Larger groups and longer itineraries will require a higher fee, but we will always quote you before we proceed. ) THIS FEE COVERS: -Designing a personalized itinerary based on our in-depth consultation call -Iterations on the itinerary draft until you it sounds exactly like the getaway you wanted -Booking all travel components including flights, hotels, excursions, restaurant suggestions -Assistance with choosing the correct travel insurance policy to cover your itinerary -Pre-departure document preparation and final checks -Itinerary and travel documents on a mobile app for easy access -24/7 in-destination support by text/email/phone -Complimentary upgrades and inclusions as available from our supplier partners
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1 - CONSULTATION CALL It all starts with an in-depth complimentary consultation with you, to discuss your travel style and unique interests which helps me to put together a personalized itinerary for you. Also, you can get all your questions about my planning process answered as well. STEP 2 - TRIP DESIGN It's time to design the trip of your dreams. I will work with all the information you provided and craft a custom itinerary. We will work together to fine-tune it to your preferences. STEP 3 - TIME TO BOOK I take care of all the booking processes: Research and provide you with the best flight options for your trip. Lining up your ground transportation/airport transfers to whisk you away to your hotel. Accommodations best suited for you - boutique-style hotels, resorts, luxury villas, or apartments in the heart of a city. Matching you with excursions/unique experiences with knowledgeable local guides. Restaurant reservations, if requested. I also provide my assistance with choosing the correct travel insurance policy to cover your itinerary. The goal is to make it a seamless experience for you. I’ll keep you in the loop with clear communication and tips on how to prepare for your trip. STEP 4 - BON VOYAGE! Now it’s time for you to get away on your dream vacation. Pre-departure document preparation and final checks are done for you. You will be able to access your itinerary and travel documents on a mobile app. I’ll be just a phone call or email away to provide support while you travel. 24/7 in-destination support from our travel supplier partners on the ground is included as well.

I am a proud member of Virtuoso, the leading international travel agency network specializing in luxury and experiential travel. This membership is by invitation only and I am able to secure that through my affiliation with my host agency Strong Travel Services (Dallas, TX). As part of this, we go through a variety of partner as well as destination training from time to time. I am also a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA).
