Whether a large or small home, new or old, Gene performed these inspections with integrity. He patiently explained what he was observing and was never an alarmist. He also was very diligent about the associated reports and pictures of the flaws he observed. His reporting was thorough and easy to understand. I highly recommend him as a home inspector and admittedly, I am difficult to please.
