I am a licensed home inspector in Tennessee, TN 407, I am a licensed home inspector in Mississippi, MHIB 0189 NH "New Construction approved" and a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) registered home inspector. Gene has done many home inspections for my clients over the years including some commercial multi family properties. Whether a large or small home, new or old, Gene performed these inspections with integrity. He patiently explained what he was observing and was never an alarmist. He also was very diligent about the associated reports and pictures of the flaws he observed. His reporting was thorough and easy to understand. I highly recommend him as a home inspector and admittedly, I am difficult to please.
