Introduction
I am Stephanie and I love yoga! It has changed my life, giving me clarity, purpose, vitality and peace. It is my passion to share this practice with the world. I have spent time practicing and training in southeast Asia and have been teaching since relocating to Alaska from Hong Kong in 2019 and then on to Nashville just recently. I completed my 500 hour level training in 2023 and am certified to teach all styles of yoga. I work with people at every level. If you are local, you can schedule a private session with me in your home or office. You can also join me online for group zoom or private zoom classes. You can also rent my recorded classes or purchase an unlimited monthly membership, giving you access to all of my recorded practices. We first asked Stephanie to teach in-home yoga sessions with the hope of feeling confident enough to join classes at yoga studios. As our confidence, flexibility and strength grew, we decided we didn’t want to transition to classes. We loved having Stephanie come to our home for individualized and targeted practices! 4.5 years later, we are so grateful to have learned from the best!
