It was such a pleasure working with Beth! Over the 5 months planning our wedding, Beth was so helpful with planning, timeline, and decor ideas. She was great to communicate with and easily reached by phone or email. The rehearsal and wedding day wouldn't have gone so perfectly without her! All of my decor ideas were carried out seamlessly and end result surpassed what I had envisioned in my mind. She was very professional and a genuinely kind person. Thank you Beth!!!

If you are looking for a wedding planner and/or event planner, look no more. We are willing to fit your needs for your big day.

I am a ceremony officiant/wedding planner/event coordinator. I have always loved planning parties, so that part of what I offer began first. I became ordained four years ago after the son of dear friend of mine passed away due to complications with chemotherapy. The minister at the funeral spoke about how well he knew my friend's son and repeatedly called him by the wrong name and then gave a hell fire and brimstone sermon for 30 minutes. My friend deserved better than that, and so do you. Since then, I have officiated over thirty weddings and four memorial services, provided counseling, and coordinated fundraising events for nonprofits and for profits alike. My goal is your happiness.

My goal is to assist couples of all backgrounds with their goal to join one another in union. Thank you for your interest. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss further details.

Rose Hill Wedding is a one -stop shop. You can find your wedding venue, wedding flowers, wedding dress, groom's tuxedo and DJ all in one place.

I work to plan your wedding and bear the stress and headache, so you can enjoy your big day. I can help or do it all for you. I offer planning for everything, from start to finish, without leaving out any details. I can assist with everything, from choosing and booking the venue to arranging the send-off after the reception. I have made centerpieces, shopped and made sashes for the bridesmaids. I can plan it all or just help in the areas where help is needed. I also coordinate all vendors and events for the wedding and reception. I have been planning weddings for a few years, and I have experience. I also have an established relationship with vendors.

Willow Gardens listens to the client's wants, and then we incorporate that with a magical venue and service that rivals no other. We can plan your menu with a tasting 50 days before your event. We can help you select your centerpieces, which our accomplished floral designer can create, and we can assist you with your wedding favors. If a magical event is what you're looking for, we are here for you!

I do what I do, because I love it. I love weddings, and to be able to join two hearts together as one, bring joy to my heart and soul.

    Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

    What is a wedding planner?

A wedding planner is a professional service provider whose job it is to organize and execute all the details of a couple’s wedding. A wedding planner can be contracted at any stage in the wedding planning process to help to any degree the couple is willing to pay for. Wedding planning is similar to event planning in that a planning team handles the coordination of multiple wedding elements including catering, venue, guests, entertainment, decor, transportation and more. Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding can confirm that wedding planning is hard work. Experience brings wisdom when it comes to avoiding or resolving day-of challenges. There is no legal regulatory body that oversees or certifies wedding planning as an industry. Anyone who chooses can call themselves a wedding planner. When looking for a wedding planner, be sure to read reviews, and make smart hiring decisions by asking about licenses and insurance.

How much does it cost for a wedding planner?

Wedding planning is a full-time job — unless you hire a professional to handle the hard work for you. The cost for a wedding planner will depend on the level of service you desire. The least expensive wedding planner option is day-of coordination, then partial service, then full-service.

The national average cost for wedding planning is between $990 and $1,300. Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

    • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
    • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
    • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more. Here the professional handles all wedding and planning details including working on design, securing rentals, getting the venue and vendors, and handling complete execution of the event. Time commitment could be 50-150 hours or more, depending on package and pricing.
    • Consulting: $50-$150 per hour for design, vendor, reception and other wedding planning consultation.
Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
