You're Right says, "At the Marriott Downtown Knoxville we had been having issues with a drain backing up. We would get it cleared and the next day it would back up again. We then knew we needed a company with the equipment to fully clean out the drain. It was the weekend and nobody could come till Monday. I reached out to Zoom Drain and they said theyd be there Sunday morning. They were excellent in communicating when they would arrive. Once there they got right on it and had the drain completely cleared out within an hour. I was highly impressed and will use them in the future when I need plumbing service."See more

I can’t help but feel robbed. Nate was pleasant, seemed knowledgeable, but got the job halfway done and left me basically in the same spot I’ve been in for a month and a half now. He’s often late with little or no communication. Today, he was no-call, no show again. I’ve had water leaking underneath my home after the freeze/snow, and it appears to have exacerbated an issue with tree roots growing into my sewer drainage pipe. I reached out Thursday, 2/1 Nate said he could get to me Monday afternoon at the earliest, but I requested if any time earlier was available I would appreciate it, as I was worried about water damage since this had been going on for a few days already and breaching the seal of my toilet, partially flooding my bathroom. Said he’d come Thursday afternoon after 5pm, then after some messaging, and excuses, rescheduled to Friday morning. Arrived an hour and a half after agreed upon scheduled time, and then said he didn’t have what he’d need to fix the issue and it wouldn’t take a bit longer than expected to complete, so he’d need to come back 8am Monday morning as he wanted to previously. Understood, so I pushed back a 10:30am Monday work meeting I had scheduled to accommodate as this needed to get done. An hour and a half after scheduled time came and went, no arrival-no communication. I messaged him to see if he was still coming, said he was but he had something come up and would be here at noon, then he messaged at 12:02pm to say he was just finishing up and was 30 mins away. Called me at 1:30pm and said he was actually still stuck on a job he’d done months ago and the work he completed had failed due to some faulty hardware he’d used for the job and the manufacturer warranty would need to be applied and insurance companies needed to get involved so he’d be another 4-5 hours at the job he was finishing up, and he’d need to return in the morning, after I’d rescheduled my work meeting and now needed to reschedule again since I’d pushed it to the next day. Returned next day 45 mins later than scheduled and got most of my issue fixed, toilet flushing and pipes mostly draining, but then his machinery wasn’t fully charged and he wasn’t able to finish, along with saying he’d need a camera he ordered and it was “on the way,” and should be here next week. Charged me $200 more than the $550 he’d quoted and left. Next week (2/19) came and went, and a few contact attempts have been made or missed, finally to tell me he’s gotten the camera he needed to finish and was waiting on one last attachment for this camera to be able to complete the job. He then initiated contact Tuesday 3/12 and said he’d placed me on the schedule for today, 42 days after initial contact, and wouldn’t you know it, he’s no call no show once again. I couldn’t be more angry. I honestly feel robbed… I’ll do all the reporting to the better business bureau and review negatively everywhere I see Old Town Plumbing, LLC, to make sure no one else has to go through a nightmare situation like this. I picked this company because it was 5 stars and I’m wildly confused as to how it got that way.
