Ana is amazing. She is the perfect personal yoga instructor. She is experienced; knowledgable; and patient. She provides a customized approach (and, trust me, I totally need that!)... and the environment she offers can't be beat! The backdrop is open-air with a lovely waterfall...the air flowing through the large room - with aromatic steam (depending upon if you are having any ailments); and the sounds of calming and restorative music (for my needs at this time)... She provides every prop you could ever imagine and you need to bring nothing of your own. She combines her Ayurvedic training by using the oils, nutrition, asanas, massage, chants, and education that I have always needed to acquire a holistic experience that you just cannot get in a group experience at a studio. I feel blessed to have found Ana! After my first session, I purchased a package of 10 sessions and will continue to purchase 10 more and 10 more, etc... It is a blessing to find such a gem!

Over 12 years ago, I had the good fortune to luck into a Richard Bird group class. This introductory class changed my life, my outlook, my body, mind and spirit. Working with Richard focused my own personal health resources, encouraged a superior mental health and outlook on life and brought my need for order and focus in my life into the forefront of what is an extremely busy professional and personal life. Richard is a guru of extraordinary ability. In our work together he tailored the sessions to my physical and spiritual needs. Always professional and never personal in his approach, he helped me change my habits and turned my life around. The only commitment the participant needs to make is the discipline to work on the poses and postures Richard will instruct. The rest will pay dividends over a lifetime.

Private yoga instruction has begun to help me really reach towards my end goal, which in my case is more flexibility. In addition to the custom yoga sessions provided by Subagh, she has given me a yoga mat and muscle foam roller as a bonus to taking private sessions with her. Great, customized service!!

A more traditional approach as spirituality is the foundation; not at all religious, however.
I am not sure where to begin with what a powerful impact Ajeet and her yoga teachings have had on me! I first started with Ajeet when she did a 7 month chakra class where we met once a week and moved to a new chakra each month. Those seven months were magical for me in recentering myself, coming into tune with myself, feeling so much happier and more at peace!! I had a private session with her before I went for a big job interview, and it truly helped me to get the job. She helped me to walk into the interview with confidence, calmness, and clarity. She led a lovely yoga class on the morning of my wedding, even getting my 79 year old conservative father involved. She also led us in a beautiful chant during the ceremony! Ajeet's creative spirit, shining heart center, and sense of humor are all beautiful and enlightening to people who have the great fortune to spend time with her.

I guide students through yoga positions that allow the body to stretch and open, increasing flexibility. This practice also encourages students to breathe deeper while quieting the mind, releasing body tension and calming the nervous system. My purpose as a yoga teacher is to nourish the body through guided movements with the breath to energize the body. This, in combination with yogas relaxation and healing benefits, allows daily renewal and rejuvenation of the mind, body and spirit.
