Mike did an amazing job! We just purchased a home and had him repair a dozen or so odd jobs around the house. He came over for an estimate and was able to come the following week for the repairs. He arrived on-time and the work was done well. We are very happy with the work and plan on using Mike again for other projects!

We are very pleased with the work Mike has done with the tile in our powder room, our kitchen and hallway. From start to finish Mike was professional, on time and a pleasure to work with! His son was wonderful, too! Mike goes the extra mile on the job and even did things he did not have to do like replacing door knobs etc. Great work and job quality! We will definitely call him again if we need future work done!

Good quality of workmanship, Mike will do whatever you ask of him, He helped guide us through the re-modeling of both our bathrooms with some very useful insightful Ideas. He is very professional and took a lot of care protecting areas of our house while the work was being carried. He always cleaned up at the end of his workday. Mike can be relied upon, he is punctual and very flexible with unforeseen problems that can crop up during such a big job. We had many quotations for this project, but it was clear to us when we interviewed Mike that he can certainly walk the talk as a very skilled professional, Mike was certainly very good value for money and helped us purchase items at a discount letting us use his contractor information. I would certainly use him for any other major projects I have and can recommend him.

Mike and his team are very knowledgeable about many different types of projects. They repaired and sealed my deck, painted two rooms, and replaced a bathroom window. Everything came out beautifully and will last for many many years! They are friendly and considerate of my time and my home. He is very reasonable on price and defiantly of the highest quality! I hired Mike to remove my bathtub and replace it with a shower, replace flooring and place light over shower. Mike is amazing! His work is fantastic! Not only does he do excellent work, his price is competitive, he is honest and has a wonderful personality. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! I can sum him and his work up in one word - WOW! I have been burned so many times by contractors so it was hard for me to trust another one, but Mike has truly gone above and beyond to renew my faith in others. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's very simple, I itemize each project with labor prices and separate material pricing so the customer can pick and chose what they want to be done. I only ask for the materials draw up front. The labor will be invoiced when the itemized project is completed. No half down stuff. I want the customer to trust in me, that's why I have a loyal client list that keeps using me for all of their home improvement needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time the customer and I would go over the work details, then pricing with options per item of each work project, then start with setting up a work schedule and materials check. After work starts, we would talk about the work in progress so they will feel better about the decision(s) for the work needed. Depending on the scope of the project(s), labor draws will be invoiced till the work is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do my best to educate myself with the latest building trends out there. Learning what new products and techniques are best to give the professional results customers are asking for.
