You may have seen me on Netflix’s Next Gen Chef, where I competed alongside America’s best young culinary talent—bringing bold concepts, precision, and creativity under pressure.  In my day-to-day work, I specialize in creating custom menus for individuals, families, and groups—whether that’s a tailored wellness-focused plan, a dinner party, or a large celebration. I’ve cooked for professional athletes (New York Jets, New York Red Bulls) and high-performance clients, which taught me how to balance nutrition, flavor, and consistency.
