- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing on both Testing & Radon Mitigation. We also do a free on site consultation prior scheduling each job so that you understand exactly where and how the system will perform in your home. We are very conscientious and will work extremely hard to ensure that you will be happy with the system's location, so that it won't effect the beauty of your home but so it will also reduce your Radon levels as low as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss the process over the phone or via electronic communications. We will then conduct on an on site visit to go over the entire installation or testing process. Following the installation or testing we download the results of the Radon tests with you and explain the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience with Radon testing and mitigation and earn continuing education credits as required annually to stay in good standings with the NRPP.
