- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
***All Move-in/Move-out requires deposit. Cancellation is open day of cleaning before scheduled time! My pricing is based upon areas. For example, living area(1 for all), bathroom(s), kitchen, and including supplies. For deep cleaning everything is the same just a $5 dollar up charge on everything! One lady job to get the home looking fabulous! Prices may vary depending on type of cleaning wanting such as a rejuvenating deep cleaning! That includes a lot of organizing and getting rid of such items along with fully deep cleaning your home! If wanting different areas and only certain areas pricing with also change!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I want to make my customer feel comfortable that they can trust me with there home and belongings. I usually send a quote upon request, ask what are their focus points, take before and after if allowed, and do a walk through. If you aren’t pleased with something I can always fix the issue!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning industry 3 years from janitorial, residential, post construction, and air bnb!
