Cody's Cover Tune Lessons

Introduction: Learn how to play guitar through learning some of your favorite songs. I've been playing guitar/singing for almost 24 years now. I've never had the need to know theory. It definitely has it's place and it's extremely important in some situations, but developing your ear and developing a feel for music separates players from others. I find it's more fun and interesting to learn how to play guitar by playing music you love, not by learning chord charts and theory. The goal of my lessons is for each student to walk away knowing how to play some of their favorite songs. In the process, I show them what chords they're playing and how they can apply those chords to other songs. This results to students learning other songs on their own and developing their ear along the way.
