- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, there's no complicated pricing system. I evaluate what the custimers wants, what's involved, the amount of time it going to take and the per slice charge. At this point, my prices are still $3.50 per slice. However, the cost of ingredients has sharply increased.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I'm taking three online class at this time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to make cakes after I started catering and coordinating weddings over 24 years ago.
