Susie was excellent in identifying the issues with my dog and helped me with tools to resolve those issues. Obviously, wrong behaviors learned over time need consistency and patience to correct. I feel highly empowered after her visit to solve my dogs issues - leash pulling, hyperactivity and fearful aggression when he sees other dogs, prey drive when he sees small animals like squirrels and biggest if them all - wanting to kill the mail truck. Susie taught me how to take control and redirect his focus. Right from the time she walked in, it was clear she was the alpha and my dog immediately fell in line to what she was telling him. Obviously her calm and assured energy was paramount to my dog relaxing and following her lead. I would highly recommend her if you’re struggling with behavioral issues with your dog. Now it’s up to me to consistently follow through and teach my dog what is acceptable and what is not.
I hired John Miller to come to my home to train my 8 month old golden retriever on a few obedience commands and to resolve a couple of issues such as jumping and pulling on the leash when we would go for a walk. I definitely got the results that I was looking for. John's knowledge combined with his patient and friendly personality would make a great choice for anyone looking to hire a dog trainer.
From the first home visit "meet and greet" to establish a baseline, through the personalized (hour plus every time) training sessions, and continuous follow up advice, we received high-quality, professional, and - most important - effective means to get ourselves and our dog better aligned. Make no mistake: "Thank Dog! Training" is not a quick-fix, single session solution. It absolutely requires considerable commitment and consistency of everyone in the immediate home of the dog. And that is not easy. But we and our dog are far healthier frames of mind and expectations now.
Travis turned my dog into a manageable pet that will now come when called and heel while walking. We couldn't be happier.
Jason is awesome!! He did an outstanding job with our Cane Corse Mastiff! She is only 6 months old, so she is still hyper but she listens to her commands. If you take him a puppy and expect a lazy I do absolutely nothing wrong puppy to come back you have the wrong idea of obedience training! A puppy will still be a puppy and have the energy of a puppy but with manners. You also have to keep a constant training regimen with your pup after they come home. I can't say we have been the best... We have a very busy lifestyle, but kiwii still listens and knows her commands, especially when her collar is put on her. Jason exceeded our expectations in his training abilities. He did everything we asked. She Will be back hopefully for advanced training :)
I've been using Danielle's dog walking service since I moved here last July. Knowing Danielle (or her Mom) are visiting with my dog, Kloe, while I'm at work gives me great peace of mind. When I get into a pinch and can't get home from work right away, Danielle is just a "text" message away, and she's always been able to go back to the house to bring Kloe out for another break. Danielle is a natural animal lover - it's clearly her passion, which makes her the kind of person that I want watching my little Kloe. I would highly recommend Danielle and Music City Pet Sitting.
I actually care about what I'm doing.
Im a great worker and I go the extra mile.
I'm so thankful that I found Pet Prep Academy! I have a new malti-poo puppy and he's such a naughty boy. Connie Harris had Chewbacca literally eating out of her hands. Chewbacca loved her and listened to her instructions like a champ. I honestly didn't think that he was trainable and then Connie worked her magic. This is the best thing that you can do for your pet and you as their human. I highly recommend this company. Debbie Harrell~Pleasant View, TN

I work at a job that has crazy hours and thanks to Tiffany Exum I am able to get things done and feel like I have been home the whole time. She pretty much takes care of my household. Cleans laundry mail kids the whole thing. If I have a load of laundry ready to go in, it's a great feeling when it's already folded when you get home. One time I was gone overnight and the dog got loose and was hit by a car. My kids called Tiffany Exum to try to help him and she did, came over with her doggy first aid kit and he his fine to this day thanks to Tiffany Exum. Not only is the dog ok but we are all better off as we are able to spend more family quality time. She foresees things and is quick to jump at the task at hand
Will always provide your pet with the best care.
