- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved fitness and sports. In high school I began strength training to supplement my running and swimming to help me get stronger and faster. In college I helped friends set up workout routines and get motivated, so after graduating from my masters in Sport and Performance Psychology, training seemed like the best outlet for me to continue to pursue fitness and wellness!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients ranging from 9-65 with different goals. I have helped people prep for events, lose weight, gain muscle, recover from injury, use exercise as stress relief, pre and post partum, and just to stay in shape.
