Introduction: We are on our third fit camp so far,our first one we had about 80 people,our second one we had about double the number of people join us. We had one lady lose 12 inches around her waist,this 20 year old went from 23% body fat to 6% now he has an 8 pack,i Believe that this third fit challenge we are our is going to be our best one yet! we have tripled in size have new amazing coaches with amazing results! For instance two of the coaches has lost over 100 lbs plus!
