Blake was VERY prompt in not only answering my call but also showing up ON TIME. These are two important issues for me with my schedule. He was highly recommended and DID NOT disappoint. His assessment was thorough and he was knowledgeable on the issues we had and even helpful to go the extra mile to recommend ways to fix that will help us with cost. Blake was very personable, professional, and on time! We got our report back that same evening! This is my second home purchase and such a better experience with a home inspector than the first time around. I would recommend him to any future home buyers!

We understand that a home is one of life's biggest investments and are happy to address any issues or questions you may have regarding the process of a typical home inspection. We want you to feel 100% comfortable with the process! Our inspectors are happy to stick around after the inspection to summarize what we find and answer any questions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a backgrounds in residential construction, property management/rental, and home maintenance, all our inspectors have also completed InterNACHI's Certified Inspector program along with the state of Tennessee's requirements for licensed and insured home inspection!
