Introduction: I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and have been helping people reach their goals and live a healthier life for 13 years. I’ve trained semi-pro and collegiate athletes preparing for their respective sports, type A business executives, helped multiple clients lose over 100lbs each, trained pre and post-partum women, mid-life clients, and post-op individuals. My main focus when working with clients is to instruct exercises clearly and concisely with great attention to proper technique to ensure safety and progress throughout the session. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their health goals and I’m really grateful to be able to guide people on their fitness journey.

Mike is hands down the best trainer I’ve had! His training provides you the motivation and confidence in yourself in order to help you obtain your overall fitness and health goals. His vast knowledge of the body and nutrition is incredible. In addition, he is kind, patient, caring and understanding! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mike, not only as a trainer, but as person as well!

Mike is a phenomenal trainer and an even better person. He really took the time to understand my goals and then matched my ambitions to the actual science and his lived know-how from his decade-and-a-half experience. He has a very positive mindset and isn't really in the work to scold or yell. I love that he's brings that can-do spirit to our partnership. I've been working with him for more than 10 years and look forward to being his client for as long as he'll have me!
