I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and have been helping people reach their goals and live a healthier life for 13 years. I’ve trained semi-pro and collegiate athletes preparing for their respective sports, type A business executives, helped multiple clients lose over 100lbs each, trained pre and post-partum women, mid-life clients, and post-op individuals. My main focus when working with clients is to instruct exercises clearly and concisely with great attention to proper technique to ensure safety and progress throughout the session. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their health goals and I’m really grateful to be able to guide people on their fitness journey.
