Introduction: Amber has been empowering singers to find their voice for the past 15 years. Dubbed by her students as “the voice whisperer, “ she is uniquely skilled at finding the vocal obstacles keeping singers from their best and most effortless singing. She then gives clear solutions and equips singers with a new understanding of their voice and the technical tools for consistent results – releasing tension, expanding range, erasing breaks and increasing stamina.
A graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA with continued graduate studies at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, Amber’s techniques are based in voice science and healthy vocal function. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), the Voice Foundation and the Pan- American Vocology Association (PAVA).
Amber has over three decades of performing and recording experience and continues to work as a commercial vocalist. She co-hosted a nationally televised show on CMT and has done a great deal of work as a voice-over artist for television and radio. Throughout her experiences, she has worked with artists ranging from Blake Shelton to Sheryl Crow to Gary Sandy to Allison Krauss to Roger Waters of Pink Floyd.
Her clients have appeared on television shows such as Nashville, The X-Factor, The Today Show and America’s Got Talent. They are major and indie label recording artists, musical theatre performers, songwriters and karaoke and shower singing kings and queens. Amber loves what she does and prides herself on creating a nurturing studio environment that enables the beginner to professional singer to find success.
