Excellent work -- Brent started what I thought would be a 2-day project and finished the painting and drywall repair, plus mounted two mirrors over my sinks, long before the first day was done! He left with a list of multiple "other" projects in mind for another day or week. My list grew, as we talked.. Enjoyed visiting with him and probably slowed up his progress even more. I would recommend Jack of All Trades to anyone. Thanks, Brent.
Wonderful ladies with a heart of gold. They are very attentive to detail and go above and beyond the call of duty. The re-caulked our bathroom on their own initiative, scraped paint off the floor and fixed the bathroom window - all on their own initiative - beautiful coated the floors with a nice shine. I'm actually hiring them to re-paint my kitchen walls and cabinets next!
I got quotes from Dutch and from another company to complete some re-caulking in my shower and install a new kitchen faucet. Not only was Dutch's cost estimate MUCH more reasonable, his time estimate was as well. Dutch completed the project quickly and efficiently and I'm very satisfied with the end result! For the re-caulking, he came with 3 color samples for me to choose from, so I was able to get the best match for my shower. I would recommend Dutch and would hire him again.
Absolute Luxury did my windows and is now my cleaning service. They are professional, hardworking and reasonably priced. I recommend them to everyone.
I hired Andrew to drywall and tile my bathroom after a tub replacement was done by a plumber. He did an amazing job. I am extremely happy with the outcome!
J.R. was the very first to respond to my request. He came the very next day, gave a very reasonable quote, and immediately completed the job. He Immediately diagnosed the issue just by me describing it- my bathroom had a terrible odor and the shower was draining slowly. I thought the smell was from the clogged drain but he said it was usually a loose toilet (which mine was) there was not a good seal around the bottom of the toilet. He fixed it and the drain. He did not leave my bathroom looking the same as it was-- He left it looking BETTER!. He added some much needed cosmetic caulking and I greatly appreciated it. HE seems like the kind of down-home hard worker that I want as a regular plumber. I will definitely hire him again- very professional and honest guy!
Full kitchen renovation including, tile backsplash, drywall work, electrical, plumbing, cabinet making, and cook top restoration. Truely nothing he can't do. He even hung antique doors for us. He is more picky about how his work looks than I am and that says a lot.
David did a great job with the plaster walls I needed prepped. They were in and out in two days. I'll be using them for other projects in the future for sure!
this man build a nice deck for me and subcontract some rough framing does outstanding job Anna shines on carpet and flooring Harvey remodeling
Christian did a great job finishing out and painting my garage project. He put in a lot more hours than I was expecting to make sure everything came out looking good. The job was complicated by the fact that I was trying to get it done the week of Christmas, but Christian did a good job at working around the holiday hours. Given that Christian gave me one of the cheapest quotes of anyone out there, I can honestly say I wasn't sure what to expect of the work, but I couldn't be happier. All around, just an amazing deal. Would recommend to anyone needing drywall work and painting.
We hired Steve to do various jobs in our bathroom that we were remodeling - Drywall, rerouting plumbing lines, and level the bathroom floor. He accurately estimate the length of time it would take to finish the job and stayed in schedule. Steve gave us an estimate and did not keep tacking on additional costs as the job progressed. Additionally, he arrived at my house when he said he would. He did a great job at a reasonable price and I would highly recommend him.
Barton fixed the problems I was having with multiple things in my bathroom in a timely manner. Replaced faucets, toilet parts etc. Took it all apart and did a most efficient job- left the place as clean as he found it. Even made a trip to Home Depot for supplies since the job required more than originally expected. We are girls living over here and he was pleasant and trustworthy and I felt completely confident.
Chad repaired the drywall around a wall AC unit I installed. He did a fantastic job and looks like new. I would recommend his services and I would def use him again.
Randy was fantastic and I will definitely call him again. He put together my two pieces of furniture and was even able to fix the wires on an overhead light I had thought just needed a new bulb. As a single woman it's important for me to feel safe letting someone into my home. Randy is lovely and I felt very safe with him.
Well enough was enough with our 28 year old extremely heavy, drafty, fogged up, inoperable wooden windows. We decided it was time to finally update with some energy efficient replacement windows but where do you start having never faced this seemingly daunting task before. I like probably most everyone else knew of Pella and Anderson windows and continuously hear radio advertising of a local Home Design Showcase in Goodlettsville so I called all of these local distributors and began the process of setting up meetings to gather quotes. Two of the 3 required both my wife and myself be present before they would even set up a meeting time which I thought was odd to say the least but once I went through the process I knew why and it was all about sales PRESSURE. After receiving a couple quotes for what looked like a very similar product but with very different prices I decided to approach this like any other project I tackle and I went to Google to begin educating myself on Vinyl Replacement windows. WOW I never thought there would be so many different window manufacturers out there. Literally what seemed like 100s just made my decision making exponentially more difficult. I thought. I started reading reviews on windows and manufacturers from as many sources as I could like Consumer Reports, Consumer Resources, Angie’s List, Home Advisor, Consumer Affairs, Replacement Windows Reviews, and Home Owner Blogs etc… etc… There was a reoccurring theme the more I read and that was there were about 3 manufacturers that almost everyone agreed on in Quality and Price so I focused on those 3. I ran across another invaluable source and that was https://thewindowdog.com. Since Soft Lite was one of the 3 manufacturers that continued to come up I sought out a local distributor and right on the Window Dog web page they recommended a local company called Zen Windows. Since Zen was one of only two Local Dealers on the Soft Lite web page I gave them a call. BEST DECISION I MADE DURING THIS ENTIRE PROCESS!! Brad answered my call and told me all he needed was the measurements of the windows needing replaced and a total number of windows which was 17. We also had the 6’ Back French Door quoted for replacement with a sliding back door with screen. He had a quote emailed to me in about 30 minutes with Product Brochures, Web Links to Soft Lite Window Virtual Demonstrations, Plant Tours and a map of local customers. Guess what I didn’t even have to have my wife present. Brad also encouraged me to get several other quotes before he hung up on the initial call. None of the other companies did that in fact one company told me my price was only good until they left my house and it would go up after that day. When I saw the quote I was BLOWN AWAY half the price of two other quotes and 2/3 Less than the other. After reading ALL THE OUTSTANDING Reviews about Zen and never touching a window or door (Even though I did drive by one local house a couple miles from me I found on the Map he sent in the initial Email and the exterior work looked very professional) we made the leap of faith and went with Zen. Brad came out to take measurements on each window and the back door. He answered all my questions and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the products he was using which made me feel much more comfortable. Once he had the measurements the order was placed and when he got confirmation on shipment he called and we set up an installation date. He also informed me on the front end 1 window did not ship as it was damaged in processing but that did not hold them up. The installer showed up on time and I could not believe how quickly they had the old windows out and the 16 new windows in, one day. The one damaged in shipment was the 24” Octagon nonoperational window so that was not a big deal. Day two they installed the new 6’ Back Sliding Glass Door and I could not believe the quality of this door. It made my old wood French door seem like it was paper thin. This new door feels so much more substantial and slides effortlessly. THIS IS NOT YOUR MOMS OLD SLIDING DOOR. They completed trimming out all the windows and doors, caulked everything completing in 2 days and left no trace that they were there other than a brand new look to my house and windows that were now operational and let in an abundance of light. Once I saw and felt theses new windows and back door I was 100% convinced I made the right choice going with Soft Lite products because these new windows and door are 100% Complete Quality and I couldn’t be happier. Once I went through this entire process I am again 100% convinced that we made the right choice in going with Zen Windows. I only wish I had found them first and eliminated 3 useless meetings that mostly just wasted my time. We live a couple hundred yards away from the Smyrna airport and I can honestly say the airport noise has all but vanished and I can’t wait to see the savings on my next electric bill. If you are reading this than I highly recommend just give Brad a call and don’t waste your time like I did unless you just like the high pressure sales pitch. Also if you’re in the Smyrna area and want to see the quality of work Brad can call me anytime and I’ll arrange for you to see their work and product. Great Job Brad, Scott Stoltz
Don did a good job caulking the outside base of my front windows and also the cracks in my porch. He actually charged me a little less than first quoted. He did have to come back and do a small spot that he missed. Overall: satisfied.
Mike always does a good job. He is very polite, organized , and great with my dog, which is important to me. He is a very skilled carpenter. he repaired windows for me,.installed vents in my garage,,resolved my pigeon problems outside with animal friendly products to deter them,, mulched my landscape, and painted my privacy fence. He is very trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend him.
Pete was hired to do fall leaf cleanup. He showed up early and worked dilligently until the project was complete. Pete is a good and courteous worker and I would trust him for any handyman services outside or inside my home.
What impressed me the most is that my first contact with Howard was on a weekend day. He actually pick up his phone, that act proven to me that he very hands on and value his response to his customers. Prior to hiring Faith Construction team, I've had terrible experiences with other contractors trying to renovate this two bedroom house. Hiring Faith Construction team has proven so far, to be a good decision because all the promises that Howard made to me to get the job done is coming to reality.
David has completed multiple projects within our home which is only five years old (installing curtain rods, caulking, hanging paintings, new toilet seals, ceiling fans) just to name a few. His work is meticulous and he can be trusted to get the job done right. We recommend him without reservation.
Steve and his team did some tile work for me and they wre wonderful! he's amazing at tile and they even cleaned up after themselves - that was so refreshing. Thanks NHR!!!
Michael was extremely professional & his workers also. I would absolutely recommend him. He painted & fixed crooked cabinets, drawers & window hardware. I will be calling him again for the next project!
The job was completed. Jeff Adkins was very through in measuring the window. He was much better at giving an estimate than 2 other contractors I called. He ordered the glass and it came in pretty much when he said it would. It took a little while for us to schedule an installation date due to my scheduled out of town trips and my willingness to wait for him to have the glass for another job in this area so he could do them at the same time. After agreeing on a date and time for installation they did not show up as agreed and when I called him, he said he was still waiting for the glass on the other job and expected it by 11:00. The appointment was for 8:00 am. I called again at 11:00 and he said he still didn’t have it. I told him I didn’t want to wait any longer and he said he would have to go back to his house and get the glass for our job and would be here at 12:00. By 12:30 I had to call again and he said he had been stuck in traffic and was at I40 and Hyw 96 which was still 45 from my house. They finally arrived at 1:30. They were very efficient at installing the window and it turned out perfect. Overall I would probably use him again but I would be more diligent in following up on his scheduling.
Dan Watters and his crew designed and installed a Kitchen Renovation for us and we are so pleased with not only the end result, but the process of working with him on the design and then the process of construction. During the construction phase the crew always showed up on time (or even early!), worked very hard, and cleaned up after. We did not have one hiccup in the whole process . . . it was a pleasure. Having worked with other contractors on a basement renovation which was a complete disaster during construction and then we were not pleased with the results anyway - working with D. Watters and his crew was the best experience we've ever experienced!
