We loved the variety of workouts that Alex provided to us. Also, loved that she was flexible with her schedule when we had to change our workout times! I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for personal training!

Yoga Muttz is absolutely fantastic. I work with Alex now on a regular basis as both a personal trainer and yoga instructor. She pushes me but is also understanding of limits and encourages me to do what I can. Me being someone who is not the most “let’s go to the gym 24/7” person, she keeps me motivated and excited for my workouts. Absolutely recommend.

Alex trains both my husband and I at home, we’re at different fitness levels but she transitions between us seamlessly. Her programs change each week and keep us challenged & motivated. We actually look forward to each appointment!

Alex has been great! I hate working out in the gym or in a group setting so it’s so convenient that she comes to my house instead. I feel a lot more comfortable with trying new things and doing full body workouts!

    In-person training* - 30 min session - $35 - 10 pack of 30 min sessions- $315 - 50 min session - $50 - 10 pack of 50- min sessions- $450 Virtual Zoom Training - 30 min session - $25 - 10 pack of 30 min sessions- $225 - 50 min session - $40 - 10 pack of 50- min sessions- $360 Team training (2+ people) Varies based on the number of people.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When I start working with a new client, I always start with a phone call to learn a little bit more about them. We talk through things like typical exercise patterns, fitness goals, and injuries or medical considerations. We also talk about the types of workouts you enjoy and the type of music you listen to while we move. I try to make these sessions as fun as possible which means traveling with my portable speaker and arsenal of mobile equipment. At our first session, we will mainly focus on bodyweight exercises. I want to see how your body moves and create a baseline for our future sessions. From there, I will know what level and intensity to continue our training.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a 200hr RYT yoga instructor that has been teaching in the Nashville area for over 2 years now. I have also been a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine since February of 2020. As a life long athlete and fitness junkie, I love working with others to see them achieve thier goals in a sustainable, positive, and customized environment. Every workout we do together is created specifically for you with your needs and abilities in mind. These strategies will allow you to maintain motivation and help to set you up for an active lifestyle.
