I offer small group yoga classes, yoga therapy, and holistic health coaching. I teach hatha yoga that is for healing and transformation. The focus is on releasing core tension in the body, and the poses that we work with are designed to target the deep spinal muscles in the body to create spinal decompression, greater ease in the joints, and a settled, peaceful state of being.
I am highly trained in yoga therapy as well, and I give a lot of personalized attention to students in terms of propping and alignment, to help each student get the best results and most beneficial experience from the class.
