Ken Giffin

Introduction: I have a lengthy and diverse background with computers which usually allows me to resolve problems quickly without resorting to extreme measures. I enjoy overcoming technical challenges and ensuring my users are satisfied with the results of my work. I have been working with computers for 35 years which provides me the background knowledge, and skills to solve nearly all computer and system related problems. I received my first certifications in 1999 and have continued to learn, mentor, and teach since. I have been a Computer Systems Engineer since 2004 and, as an adjunct faculty member, taught computer related courses at National College of American National University for 5 years. I pride myself in completing quality work at a reasonable price to my customers. I do this because: 1-I enjoy solving problems. 2-I strive to assist customers to leverage technology to more efficiently accomplish tasks. 3-I just love this stuff.
