Misty did an amazing job on our party! She communicated with me very thoroughly and delivered everything on time. She got the colors for the balloons almost exactly like I wanted. She really worked with me on what my vision was. I do feel that the balloon structure could have been a little more solid—the moon fell down during the party. Overall a great value and it got the job done!

Fantastic experience! Misty was kind, punctual, and clearly takes pride in her work. The balloon garland was perfect—exactly what I envisioned! Misty is very talented and was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive and flexible with our requests. The end product was a beautiful and grand balloon display in honor of my daughter’s bridal shower. Given the time constraints we had with the set up and take down, Misty was also very efficient in handling everything very smoothly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary when designing balloon structures due to size and the type of embellishment. I really insist on having conversations with clients because that will always help me work within their budgets and understand what specifically they are needing for their event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to set up a time to talk on the phone or even facetime or zoom. This helps me learn more about what their need is and make a human connection-my balloon business is 100% based on connecting with my clients so that I can ensure building a relationship with them. I want every client to have full trust in me as a designer for their special event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired school counselor with a Masters Degree in School Counseling. I also work for a real estate company here in the Metroplex as an agent support staff member. My love for people and design is what makes me love this business so much. I work very hard to bring my talent for balloon design to make the utmost memorable experience for all of my clients.
