Hired Doza Dezigns and communicated with Krissy. She confirmed she was available for my event and sent me an address to mail the custom balloons I wanted to be inflated for the event on 11/17. Tracking shows that the balloons were delivered but Krissy has since gone MIA. I’ve reached out on three separate occasions and zero response. I now need to order more balloons and a new balloon decorator before my event. They are entirely unreliable and have cost me money for nothing.
