Then 2nd of 4 NO SCREWS IN one of 4 outside faucet BRACKET- builder plumber- no screws to stud in the wall.ALEX FELT IT ON THE WRENCH. Be sure you have inside access to wall. - I did not for this oneWe - had to cut bricks . did a great careful job.will be easy for me to get a new brick to repair..and put a little foam Insulation back in the wall and glue a piece of plywood patch over sheathing we had to cut out .Inside house would have been better but that was my fault.He took extra effort and fixed bracket and crimped new pipe so no future problems-I am GENIUS LEVEL 2 reviewer on booking.com.All 4 outside frost proof faucets corroded-leaking.KEY future LESSON .1. keep them clean2 The internal 00 RUBBER grommet goes bad over time. But cheap to change.When GENTILE pressure does NOT shut off water .DO NOT use more forcechange the grommet.Over Tightening - damages the brass seat .-eventually a new 10 cent washer will not shut off the water with a damaged seat.THAT BECOMES EXPENSIVE .Also there is a new customer discount."See more

I had a main water line burst the night before Labor Day, just a few inches outside the City’s responsibility, and the timing couldn’t have been worse — I was set to bring my newborn son home from the hospital that next morning. Even though it was late, Dane responded to my texts around 1 a.m. and got me scheduled for 8:30AM the following morning a few hours before we brought our son home. He quickly identified the problem, clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be repaired, and got right to work. He had to dig out part of the yard to improve access to the pipe, and when he was finished, he put everything back so perfectly that you honestly can’t even tell any work was done. The grass looks untouched. What really stood out, though, was the kind of person Dane is. He even left a small welcome gift for my son, completely unexpectedly. That meant a lot to us during a stressful first few days. He is the reason I also switched from Pampers to Huggies lol! Thanks for the recommendation. Dane is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely a good, honorable guy. He and Quantum Plumbing have a customer for life. I’ll be calling them for any plumbing needs going forward, and I’d highly recommend Dane to anyone looking for a plumber they can trust and build a long-term relationship with."See more
