- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whatever pricing is done on thumbtack isn’t a finalized price. A walkthrough needs to be done first in order to be quoted a actual price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Seeing what type of business the customer has that needs service. At this point the customer will mention everything they need done, & I’ll explain what services I do or don’t offer. -Schedule a day for me to come out to do a walkthrough and give a FREE quote. If it’s a one day assignment then service will be done this day. -If there’s an agreement then we sign a contract agreement the same day the walkthrough is done. -Payments are made in fill BEFORE Picture-Perfect began services for one time cleaning only. Other services payments will be due each month on the day the contract agreement was signed. Payments are made in cash, check or PayPal only as of now.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years experience in residential and commercial cleaning.
