Hoop dance uses large, heavy hula hoops that are proportioned for adults. I provide practice hoops for my classes, and offer hoops for sale to take home with you. Even if you don't think of yourself as a dancer, the hoop will change that and help you find your natural rhythm, gain confidence, and have fun!
I'm sought after for private instruction because of my ability to break down moves in a way that is simple and easy to understand. I teach tricks in conjunction with flow and control, for total enjoyment and maximum capacity for expression with the hoop!
