He offered me 2 choices one sounded complicated and expensive, the other one resolves the issue and priced less. I chose the second, it worked.
My outdoor faucet was cracked right under the knob, it was a hairline crack. He looked inside and said it's all plastic pipes, so, to do it right cut a portion of the wall and install metal pipes and then replace the faucet. I didn't want to go that route since I have another faucet on the other side of the house. Then he said he can solder the crack. It took about 15 mins or so, and it worked.
