prices are per session. I also provide session packages at a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time assessment will include weight, basal metabolic rate, body fat percentages, and nutritional information along with our first workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degree in exercise science, along with a national certification through National Strength Coaching Association.
