DO NOT BOOK!! I paid full price $250 for a move scheduled today. The movers arrival time was 930-10 AM. I was told by Chris I would receive a call upon arrival no one called. I called! My call automatically went to voicemail. I sent a text message to hey an update, someone replied the movers will arrive between the hours of 2-4PM, I asked for refund. I received a text message stating they had a move from yesterday which required them to unload this morning and that I will receive a refund within 24-48 hours! WHERE WAS THE COMMUNICATION?????? A SIMPLE TEXT MESAGE STATING ALL THIS AS SOON AS YOU STARTED THIS MORNING COULD HAVE SOLVED ALL OF THIS! I DIDN’T TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO SEND YOU MY MONEY, SO WHY TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO SEND BACK??? COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO THINGS!!!

Hello, we communicated to you that your crew had a customer who was unable to access there property which left their truck loaded to compacity. We still tried to service you and you immediately requested a refund. We would have happily serviced you after your assigned crew unloaded their customer. Only reason for saying refund will be issued in 24-48hrs is because this is the typical time it takes for the refund to land back in your account. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience.
