- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My agency fees are credited towards your vacation upon booking. Fees are non-refundable if the vacation plans are cancelled or if you are requesting priority service (traveling within 2 months).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every new “customer” as if they are already a client. I am very transparent and upfront for the highest expectations. My booking process is very simple! 1) Discuss your wants and must haves. 2) Create 2+ itineraries to choose from 3) Create a payment plan based on you chosen itinerary
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified travel advisor for 3 years now. As I graduated from Archer Evolution Travel Academy.
