I did my own research and chose Mitsubishi, which he also preferred, though he never pressured me into it. After I signed the estimate, he was ready to install within 2–3 days. He arrived in the morning, walked me through the placement plan again for the units, ensured I was comfortable with it, and then completed the installation in about 3 hours with high-quality workmanship, just as he had estimated. I’m very happy with his work, have already recommended him to my neighbor, and will definitely use his services again."See more
