My unit was around 14 years old and I was worried about the cost to repair or replace the unit. Joey quickly responded to my request, came out to take a look, walked me through the issue in a way I could understand and gave me an estimate to repair. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved about the reasonable cost! Joey came back and took care of the repair in one day, and all has been well since! I've been so happy with Joey that he is the first person I think of and recommend when HVAC issues arise. About a year later, I asked him about getting our air ducts cleaned. He gave me great advice and actually recommended a different, better (and more cost-effective) approach of installing UV filters. He took care of all the details while keeping me informed along the way. Joey is a professional, knowledgeable, and responsive HVAC expert.
