In the 11th hour of party planning I left message at Off Key DJ Productions well into the evening. Within 5 minutes my phone rang and on the other end was a gentleman by the name of Aaron Waldock asking how he could help me. I explained I needed his companys services and needed them in a couple days, he told me that the date I am requesting is one of the most requested dates and he and his team had been booked for months. Expecting a sorry I cant help you and I appreciate you calling I was ready to stop the search. However this is not what I heard, Aaron said if I give him a little time he would do his best to help me. 15 minutes later Aaron called and said he had a solution and I wouldnt be disappointed. He was absolutely right; Aarons professionalism, responsiveness and consideration up to and following the date of my party have been remarkable. Thank you Aaron for helping make my party a success, I will talk Off Key Productions to all I come across.

I hired Blue Sparrow Events to plan my 25th birthday in Austin Texas. They handled everything such as; contacting my guest to confirm RSVPs, choosing a beautiful condo on Lake Travis to accommodate all of my guest, handled my catering contract from start to finish, and most of all they had a great connection with the owner of a party boat rental company that set us up in the most extravagant yacht. Blue Sparrow Events exceeded my expectations for my 25th birthday.
TPS was a great company to work with. The dealers were very skilled and knowledgeable, making it easy to learn the games. The tables were beautiful and looked very close to those you might find in a casino, too. Having worked with other local companies, I have to say Texas Poker Supply was the best choice we have ever made. Definitely looking forward to booking our next company party!
For my wedding we initially booked an event coordinator that was supplied with the venue. After a year of a lack of correspondence and care as well as an outright failure to execute on what my wife and I envisioned for our wedding we decided to have Megan take over and coordinate our wedding. Not only did she manage to schedule and facilitate in the days leading up to the wedding, including working with all our vendors and seeking new vendors which offered superior services at a better cost, but also on the day of the event she was constantly ensuring that everything was going accordingly all while making sure the guests, families and wedding party were enjoying themselves. At the end of it all we had an incredibly beautiful wedding and reception which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! Id recommend her services to anyone planning any event.
Sarah was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in San Francisco, and she was incredible! Our big day was your not typical venue, and had a whole lot of moving parts. Here is a quick summary: 75 guests (small wedding party, 6 total) Outdoor ceremony at the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts (a historical public landmark) Yacht reception immediately to follow, with provided transportation from ceremony to Yacht dock; we used San Francisco trolley cars to do this :). I had a very clear idea of how I wanted my big day to turn out, (the venue, the look, the budget). When I expressed my vision to Sarah, she was right on point and helped facilitate my dream to come true. Sarah gave great feedback and pointed out the unknowns of a wedding day that we needed to plan for. She put together a timeline, managed our budget, corresponded with all the vendors and executed delivery and set up the day of. Brides (and grooms) should NOT deal with these details on their own, and should appoint a professional, like Sarah! Our big day was basically stress free, FUN, and left a lasting impression on our guests. We cannot thank Sarah enough for her work.
Calah is a planning/spreadsheet genius. She helped me organize everything from my wedding budget to all of my ideas and choices for every detail leading up to the wedding. She also did an incredible job with putting together the bouquets for my wedding party and myself! I didn't want to deal with real flowers for us because I had dealt with oil and water getting on the dresses before, so she suggested that I used fake flowers. I don't have a creative bone in my body so I let her take the lead on this and she went and bought everything and put together the bouquets and they were beautiful! So we ended up doing the same for the boutonnières and corsages.
Table for Two made my wedding planning run MUCH smoother than I expected from an outside company! Everything we asked for was delivered & on time. The reason I'm taking the time to write the review; however, is due to their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE on top of the promised deliverables. I don't even know how many emails and calls our contact at Table for Two promptly responded to between me (bride) and my mother - but I do know every communication was answered the day of. They adjusted our delivery time, date, and even rental options multiple times without hesitation. For any bride looking for as much help as you can get when wedding planning, I strongly suggest Table for Two rentals!
