Barre 13 Dance

Introduction: Not only do I have over 30 years of dance experience as a dancer and teacher, but also as a parent. I also have a degree in Kinesiology (Pre-Physical Therapy) and stress the importance of proper body care and technique to prevent injuries. Being able to see beyond the talent level and straight into my students' hearts--their level of passion and dedication is amazing. I'm excited to see the dance world growing along with support of the arts.
