Service was good, bartenders had all the supplies we needed and were attentive to instructions for specific drinks. Bartenders understood our need to do alcohol buyback at the end and were attentive to only opening what was needed. Only negative was late responsiveness to some pre-event requests. Company is very competitively priced and committed to each customer. Would hire again.

Simply amazing! Event: Guys Weekend/Football Tailgate. From the very start Karen, her sevice, her food, everything was incredible. She created the perfect menu for us and it was all completely delicious. The guys and myself can not say enough good things. Barbara has done a phenomenal job planning our son’s 1st Birthday party. Her attention to detail and follow through was impeccable. She was very attentive in understanding our tastes, ideas and worked diligently to deliver. She made the planning process delightful. We would like to specially call out how she went above and beyond to arrange for piñata. We had no way to hang piñata and we really wanted one for the party. She figured out a creative way to get the piñata up while abiding by the rules of the event center. It was truly awesome! She and her crew created the “wow-factor” in our party. We continue to get compliments on how well the Birthday party was organized! We highly recommend Barbara’s event planning services. Thank you Barbara for a job well done!

My wedding couldn't completed without Jane!!! She is AMAZING & super NICE. I'm so glad we chose her! We selected day of coordination but Jane was with us the entire planning process a month ahead. She kept offering for help. She gave extra effort to make sure I can have the wedding I want. I don't know what we would have done without her. On my wedding day, she was everything I need!!! I can't even list all of the things she did but here are some of the highlights: made sure things run on time as planned, coordinate bridal parties & guests to ensure they know what to do, made sure the vendor & venues had completed their jobs, help us serve foods to our table and other special guests, fire the candles decoration, cleaned up the venue at the end, and always by my side when I had any question. I felt much more HAPPIER & enjoyed my wedding when I knew she was there for me & my guests :) THANKS Jane!

Bekah was wonderful, and really helped me get through the day! My only regret was not being able to also pay her for planning services, only day-of services. I think she could probably have helped me make it a lot more seamless and me less crazy beforehand, but the day went really well! She made sure the chapel was ready, got everyone situated on exactly what they needed to do and when, and set up the reception for us, so that all we needed to do was walk in and check to make sure everything was as we wanted! And it was. I learned later that she even stayed after the time we had paid her for to help our families clean up the reception and make sure everything was taken care of. I cannot sing her praises enough!

Beaux and The Velvet Cartel were great to work with. My company was organizing a party for the ATX Startup Crawl and wanted to have a fun, interactive photo booth for our 400+ guests. We reached out to Beaux the week right before our event, and he was able to hook us up with the social media booth – which could take photos and gifs. The photo booth was a hit at the party, and everyone loved it. Beaux was very communicative and kept checking in with me during the event to make sure that everything was running smoothly. We would definitely work with him and The Velvet Cartel again in the future.

Michelle exceeded all of our expectations as far as her responsiveness, creativity and professionalism in planning our wedding. She is extremely friendly and truly cares about what she does. She went far beyond to make our day special and free of stress. She even helped us tremendously with our rehearsal dinner and to find ways to make the trip memorable to the many guests that we had attend from out of town. You would not go wrong in making her part of your event planning. Very impressive service!

I hired Lauren last minute to braid hair for guests of our Oktoberfest (~1,000 guests). She arrived on-time with a great attitude and even a second set of hands to help her run through braids quickly. She sent me photos of her work afterward, which was really appreciated as I did not have time the day of the event to check in as much as I would have liked. I would highly recommend working with her for your beauty needs!

    Lindsay is amazing at what she does. She was with me every step of the way when planning my wedding. She has lots of connections; so it was easy to fit my budget. My wedding budget was pretty tight. And she managed to find vendors that fit my budget and fit my expectations. She was constantly helping me set up meetings to fit my schedule. The ceremony/reception was beautiful and ran smoothly. Lindsay did everything from helping with décor, coordinating staff, helping me with my bustle and more.
