- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and transparent, based on the complexity and duration of the work, as is standard for handymen in Austin. I always provide a clear estimate before starting any work. If additional tasks are discovered during the project, I always discuss them with the client beforehand. My goal is for my clients to receive high-quality services at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a request, I always try to contact the client as soon as possible to clarify project details. Then I discuss the timeline and cost. Upon arrival at the location, I reconfirm the scope of work, execute the task efficiently and with high quality, and after completion, I ensure the client is completely satisfied with the result. Cleaning up after the job is also a mandatory step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a higher technical education degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (or Manufacturing Technology Engineering), which has provided me with a robust theoretical and practical foundation in understanding mechanical systems, production processes, and quality control. This background allows me to approach every task, from assembling complex items to troubleshooting minor repairs, with precision, efficiency, and an understanding of underlying engineering principles.
